Role Overview
We are looking for an Institutional Business Development Manager to manage and grow partnerships with financial institutions (banks, EMIs, PSPs, brokers) and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will connect market demand with our infrastructure capabilities, support operational execution, and identify new opportunities for growth. This role blends strategic partnership development with operational involvement, contributing directly to the company's expansion and revenue potential. Initial focus will be individual contributor-level, with room to grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with institutional partners and corporate clients globally on matter of payments, on & off ramps servises.
- Identify and align market trends and client needs with our product and service offerings.
- Handle onboarding support, including KYT/ODD processes and documentation review.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance and product teams to ensure smooth execution of servises.
- Maintain and analyze partner/client profiles, money flows, and flexibility metrics.
- Monitor FX and crypto market trends to support product strategy and identify new revenue channels.
- Contribute to strategic expansion of our on/off-ramp network across key regions (EU, remote developing countries, etc.).
- Track and report on partner activity and client engagement metrics (volume, activity levels, FX gains etc.).
Requirements
- 4–7 years in institutional BD, partnerships, or account management in fintech, banking, or crypto.
- Solid understanding of cross-border payments, OTC desks, crypto/fiat conversion flows.
- Hands-on experience with compliance and onboarding processes (KYT, ODD, KYC).
- Strong communication skills in English; able to work across functions and jurisdictions.
- Analytical, proactive, and organized; able to manage multiple relationships and priorities independently.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to OTC trading environments or stablecoin-focused services.
- Experience building BD strategies in EU, MENA, or LATAM regions.
- Prior work in high-growth or regulated fintech environments
